If you have a passion for building and a keen interest in learning the trade of carpentry from experienced professionals, this just might be the opportunity you have been waiting for!
We are looking for two enthusiastic and dedicated Carpentry Apprentices to join our busy and growing team.

Platinum Pro Construction is a residential construction company based in Spreyton Tasmania with current building projects from Westbury to Wynyard and many areas along the coast in between. Key Accountabilities:
Assist with the construction and installation of structural elements of a new home
Learn to read and study building plans
Provide help with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as directed by your supervisor
Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Support skilled carpenters with various tasks on a variety of projects and sites
Key Personal Attributes:
You have high standards and thrive on accountability and results
You’re great with details and cool working under pressure
You are ambitious and hardworking
You are a natural problem solver
Role Requirements:
No prior experience necessary—just a willingness to absorb & learn!
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a bonus but not required
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual labor
A passion for carpentry and the end result

What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver high-quality carpentry work onto the highest quality
- Own your role—execute projects with precision and pride
- Maintain a tidy, organised workspace
- Take responsibility for your craftsmanship from start to finish
- Collaborate with the team to meet timelines and uphold standards
What we’re looking for:
Strong knowledge of building codes and standards, and compliance with company policy
A natural problem-solver who takes ownership under pressure
Attention to detail—you care about getting it right
Physically fit and comfortable handling manual work
A team player who respects safety, tools and keeps the site clean
Passion for the craft and the satisfaction of a job well done
Role Requirements:
Use of the appropriate PPE and act safely onsite. adhering to all the site safety requirements is non-negotiable
Looking after company Construction tools and property
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions when required
Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual labor
A passion for carpentry and the end result
Comply with all company policies
Take ownership of your own training and skills development.
