You will have an assigned project manager who will keep you informed and up-to-date, making sure that the project is progressing on time, on track, and on budget.

Budget planning and costs

We believe in openness and transparency in our business, so we will present you upfront with costing estimates as accurate as possible, to make sure there are no surprises during the process.

Once we inspect your site and discuss all details of your house plan, we will make calculations to see if we are on track with your budget. Our customised and flexible service means that if there are any variations, we will make the necessary adjustments (in consultation with you, of course) to keep the project within your budget while still fulfilling your dreams.

We work hard to finish the construction with minimum disruption and on time, so that you and your family will be able to move into your new home when planned.

Swift and professional construction process

Based on your plans and selections, we will then be ready to start the construction process. Our fully licensed building team will work hard to make sure your home is delivered on time. During the entire process, we will keep you up-to-date on progress, and organise meetings so you can see how your vision is coming to life thanks to our skilled constructors. (If there are other contractors on-site during our meeting, we will minimise disruption to their work).

Behind the scenes, your project manager will be cracking the whip to make sure everything is running according to plan and will be completed by the deadline.
