Tatiana Close, Devonport
The light colour palette used in the design of this home give both the interior and exterior a light, airy feel. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen/dining area provide natural sunlight, while the raked ceiling in the living area gives a sense of grandeur to the space.
About the project
We loved working with this Oramatis Studio design. Tatiana Close is one of the all-time favourite projects that we've built. While the floor plan is simple, it's evident that extra time has been spent on the minor details and finishes.
This home features floor-to-ceiling windows, a raked ceiling in the hallways and living areas, a large alfresco deck for entertaining, and four spacious and considered bedrooms.
Externally, the client selected San Selmo Austral bricks and Spotted Gum cladding to create a light, modern and sophisticated look.
