About the project

Designed and developed by our team, Mollie Place is an excellent example of our pre-planning process, where we worked closely with our clients to understand their family and dream home needs. We knew our easy-to-understand, step-by-step process would be the easiest and most cost-effective way for these clients to build their first home.

After getting to know the clients and visiting them onsite, we knew the ocean views were a key feature. So we planned our design around the amazing view and ensured there was plenty of natural light.

Inside & out

Designed to suit a sloping block, our chunky and bold design incorporates a mixture of Austral Metallix bricks and a render finish. The tile deck allows for ample entertaining but gives still a sense of privacy.

This family home comprises three bedrooms, a walk-in robe, three living areas, a walk-in pantry, and a generously sized garage. The staircase is hand-built with Tasmanian Oak, and leads you into the upstairs kitchen and dining areas.

We had a lot of fun with this one, from pouring the concrete all the way through to mowing the lawn at the end (...well, we would be happy to, if needed!).
